About the role
This role supports daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality requirements, and safety standards are met.
What you'll do
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support preventive maintenance and assist engineers in corrective maintenance activities.
- Escalate equipment, process, or quality issues to appropriate engineering teams.
- Record production data, machine status, downtime reasons, and maintenance activities accurately.
What you'll need
- SPM / SPMV, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
