About the role
This role involves managing test wafer flows to maintain and test production equipment and coordinating with Fab Operators to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specifications, and monitor process productivity.
What you'll do
- Manage the test wafer flows that allow the Fab to maintain and test the production equipment.
- Coordinate with Fab Operators to provide direction on loading wafers into production equipment.
- Verify product specs with equipment settings.
- Monitor the process-pace/productivity.
- Help recognize when something is out of adjustment.
- Manage, clean, and pre-read test wafers to support fab operations.
What you'll need
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed shift in a cleanroom environment.
- Attention to detail and computer knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of activity and demands.
- Understanding of the value of working within a team environment.
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments.
