About the role

As Operations Lead, you will work closely across all functions to address core operational challenges, structure ambiguity, and keep critical work flowing from idea to execution. The scope spans research, engineering, product, hardware, legal, security, HR, and go-to-market.

What you'll do

- Partner directly across the founding team on high-priority problems and operational initiatives. - Take ambiguity from initial assessment to strategy and operational execution. - Build connectivity across research, engineering, product, hardware, go-to-market, legal, HR, finance, IT, and security. - Establish low-friction operating mechanisms to improve decision-making, communication, and execution. - Surface cross-functional opportunities, risks, and dependencies across the organization. - Leverage AI tools to research, analyze, synthesize, automate, and execute work.

What you'll need

- Experience in operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, consulting, or a similar high-ownership role. - Experience operating in a startup or high-growth technology environment. - Demonstrated ability to establish structure within ambiguous situations and guide cross-functional alignment. - Data fluency and technical curiosity. - Fluency with modern AI technologies and tools, including LLMs, agents, and AI-powered productivity platforms.

Nice to have

- Experience working closely with founders or executive leadership at a high-growth technology company. - Experience in AI, machine learning, developer infrastructure, hardware, or another technical environment.
