What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize the performance of production operations.
- Develop systems for scheduling and real-time dispatch, line management, and production metrics.
- Improve scheduling and automation systems (applications, business rules, heuristics/algorithms, integration) to achieve Line of Sight goals.
- Enhance manufacturing simulation systems to improve prediction accuracy and expand scenario study capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise for line management decision-making, including linearity, cycle time, line yield, wafer starts, and output optimization.
- Ensure projects are prioritized and deliverables align with constraint dates and business needs.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- Designing and delivering solutions to software problems.
- Applying agile processes to software development.
- Applying data mining techniques to industrial applications.
- Data mining using relational databases.
- Quantifying improvements using applied statistics.
- SQL, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
