About the role
Elevate Semiconductor is hiring an Operations Financial Analyst to coordinate supply chain activities with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test partners while providing financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
What you'll do
- Enter and maintain purchase orders for wafer fabrication and assembly and test vendors in Tensoft, liaising on order status, schedules, deliveries, and supply issues. - Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) by analyzing inventory and supplier commitments against customer demand. - Maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) for each product and identify opportunities for cost improvements to improve margins. - Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and support related reviews, reserves, and reporting. - Provide support for annual audits and internal controls. - Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support Operations and Finance decision-making, along with ad hoc analyses.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree. - 2-4 years of Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related work experience.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint). - Experience with Tensoft. - Experience with Microsoft Power BI. - MBA.
