About the role
This role ensures customer availability of spare part and tool kits by planning and executing work orders for service spare kits per upgrade and install schedules, and forecast for maintenance and repair of customer machines world-wide.
What you'll do
- Maintain Material Requirement Planning data for service spare kits to meet customer contracted commitments.
- Release orders and monitor kit execution.
- Support material handlers to ensure quality execution.
- Resolve shortages and gating issues preventing plan execution with cross-sector stakeholders.
- Identify and track root causes of missed KPI targets and implement preventative measures.
- Prepare weekly report out for critical service kits, including supply status, root cause, containment, and structural improvements.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Operational Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated agile learning, organization, and priority management.
Nice to have
- Bachelors Degree.
- Proficiency in SAP.
