About the role

This role involves supporting Ocotillo Technology Fabrication platforms and beyond technologies as an Integration Technician, contributing to Intel's high-tech manufacturing process. The technician will play a critical role in developing process flows and lot plans for new product introductions.

What you'll do

  • Sustain factory floors by performing lot plan, operation, route, and process flow checks, reworks, and critical queue time edits.
  • Manage shipping errors, automation errors, process flow adjustments, wafer shipments, and scraps.
  • Deliver lot plan owner training to the Ocotillo Technology Fabrication organization.
  • Collaborate with integration engineers to collect data for lot disposition.
  • Conduct engineering and detailed experimental testing to gather data or assist in research related to integration, process, and yield.
  • Provide pilot lot setup and cross-site shipment support and implement process changes via global flow changes, global route changes, and lot conversions.

What you'll need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4+ years of related hands-on experience or military technical experience.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kgs) 4 times a day, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Strong computing background and capability.
  • Strong commitment to task and a quality mindset.
  • Ability to organize workflows and complete multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • SQL coding experience.
  • Data analysis experience with JMP or GAJT.
  • Prior technical experience in yield functional areas such as metrology, defect metrology, failure analysis, fault isolation, defect/process/electrical characterization, chemical composition analysis, electronics, mechanics, chemistry, materials science, or similar technical discipline.
