About the role
Provide daily health care management and services for employees in the MPS TW office.
What you'll do
- Plan and consult on annual employee health checkups, analyze checkup reports, track abnormalities, provide health recommendations, and coordinate on-site physician services.
- Plan and implement employee health management, health promotion activities, training sessions, and hygiene guidance.
- Assist with occupational safety and health tasks, occupational disease prevention, report handling, and workplace environment improvements.
- Provide health consultation, first aid, prevention, and follow-up care for general and occupational injuries or illnesses.
- Implement the four main employee health protection programs.
- Manage lactation rooms and first aid kits.
What you'll need
- General nurse license or senior nurse license.
- Completed labor health service nursing training and qualifications.
- Proficiency in computer office work.
Nice to have
- More than 1 year of experience working as a corporate nurse.
