About the role
This role leads the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. It bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE. - Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging. - Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams. - Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. - Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.
What you'll need
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering. - 8+ years in automated test development. - Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand. - Deep knowledge of RF measurements. - Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.
