About the role
Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for all aspects of a wafer fabrication process, including tool selection and process definition in advanced manufacturing facilities.
What you'll do
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training.
- Assist with the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Use data to make intelligent improvements to the overall fabrication process.
- Interface with design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues.
- Develop process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
- Manage new product introduction and production support engineering for specific products.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
