About the role
This role is for a Non Technical Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and ensure ongoing stability at a Malaysian Contract Manufacturer. The primary focus is to drive the Applied NEXX ramp, ensuring material readiness, production flow, and schedule adherence.
What you'll do
- Manage daily onsite execution, including floor-level production readiness and material status.
- Lead daily production-floor scrums with the supplier and Applied stakeholders to resolve shortages and remove barriers.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for tool-by-tool readiness.
- Drive proactive escalation of material, quality, engineering, planning, purchasing, and manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Applied NEXX manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, planning, and quality counterparts to support the ramp.
- Monitor the contract manufacturer's capacity, staffing, and production-line maturity.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 - 15 Years of experience
- Expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
- Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues; recommend product, process or service improvements
- Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity; developing strategy for project execution
- Problem-solving for unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
