About the role
This role involves using defect detection equipment and processes to resolve issues and support technology transfer in Technology Development. The focus is on systematic and random defect improvement in NAND technology.
What you'll do
- Use pioneering defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues.
- Identify and solve process issues using defect detection equipment applications and data analysis skills.
- Collaborate with engineers in process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis.
- Support experimentation, data analysis, baseline health metrics, and defect improvement.
- Present findings to peers and senior management on critical line issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
- 24 months of experience in process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations.
- Experience with Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming).
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques.
- Experience with Metrology or inspection (SEM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems).
- Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Experience with Process Development for identifying and resolving defect integration issues.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Klarity, Yield3, jmp, eBeam Inspection methods, defect reduction analysis and ADC Modeling techniques.
