About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area. Technical coverage includes troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and monitoring systems such as ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ.
What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment, focusing on ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ tools. - Troubleshoot and service electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical systems. - Execute scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and related operational tasks. - Complete maintenance documentation and train team members on equipment maintenance procedures. - Utilize SPC and FDC controls to evaluate and improve overall equipment performance. - Interface with Operations, Engineering, and other internal or external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years of experience in the photolithography area. - AA degree in Electronics or a related discipline with 5 years technical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Working knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical systems. - Solid understanding of both SPC and FDC to improve equipment performance. - Physical ability to stand for up to 12 hours, stoop or crawl in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- AS or AAS in electronics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
