About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area. Work includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades on systems such as ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ.
What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment, including troubleshooting electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes across photolithography tools including ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ. - Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance procedures. - Interface with Operations, Engineering, and other internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements. - Apply SPC and FDC data to improve overall equipment performance.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or an AA degree in Electronics (or related discipline) with 5 years of technical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience within the photolithography area. - Specific knowledge of maintenance job functions covering electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Solid understanding of SPC and FDC to improve equipment performance. - Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 12 hours, and occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces.
