About the role
This role involves leading and managing a local team of analog R&D design engineers to develop competitive analog and mixed-signal circuit designs for onsemi's future product roadmap. This includes working on advanced analog and mixed-signal circuit designs to solve complex design problems.
What you'll do
- Set up and manage a local team of analog R&D design engineers.
- Drive your team to enable new product development with competitive solutions.
- Work on advanced analog and mixed-signal circuit designs to solve complex design problems.
- Provide hands-on advanced circuit design and deep-dive design reviews.
- Support product and IP definition.
- Collaborate with global teams to define solutions for future analog and mixed-signal products.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in managing or coaching electrical engineers.
- Proven know-how in mixed-signal design in CMOS and BCD technologies.
- Proven know-how in deep-submicron (<130nm) CMOS and BCD process architectures.
- Good understanding of CMOS and BCD device physics.
- Proven experience in definition for new products/IP.
- Proven know-how in translating requirements into efficient product/IP architectures.
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years’ experience in analog circuit design and semiconductor processes.
