About the role
This role is responsible for providing ongoing support to GlobalFoundries customers and driving design win acquisition, tapeout readiness, and silicon validation. The position focuses on providing operational service to clients on existing business and identifying new business opportunities.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of GlobalFoundries technology demonstration and drive design win acquisition.
- Develop customized technical presentations and proposals for customer evaluation.
- Formulate customer requirements and promote GlobalFoundries design solutions.
- Meet design win, tape out, and MPW goals.
- Align customer mature and advanced node tapeout readiness preparation.
- Coordinate with customers on Si functionality verification, product performance, and design margin.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree or PhD in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in Semiconductor IC Design, System design, or Semiconductor IC/System Test.
- E2E experience from concept to Silicon Validation.
- Exposure to IC product design and IP.
- Exposure and basic competence in design environment/enablement flows and tools.
- A solid understanding of silicon processing and device physics.
