About the role
This role involves rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting subfab equipment for semiconductor manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Rebuild and clean subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and complete post-maintenance qualifications and checks. - Follow and support the continuous improvement of WSS documents and written procedures. - Support subfab equipment, manage chemical handling, and maintain an adequate supply of consumables for rebuilding subassemblies. - Maintain 5S organization principles within the maintenance and parts management environment.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent. - Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities for electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems. - Ability to create and follow written procedures with detail orientation. - Knowledge of 5S principles within a maintenance or parts management environment. - Microsoft Excel knowledge for data entry and tracking.
