About the role
This role is responsible for daily MOCVD operation, material measurement, and data record, involving equipment maintenance and environmental sustaining within a cleanroom. This position focuses on the execution of MOCVD growth processes and maintaining equipment performance.
What you'll do
- Execute wafer etching, cleaning, loading, unloading, and recipe loading/running for MOCVD growth.
- Perform characterization with golden wafers and enter calibration data into metrology SPC sheets.
- Conduct characterization with epi wafers, including PL mapping, XRD rocking curves, and ECV doping profiling.
- Input MOCVD process, equipment parameters, and wafer characterization results into daily schedule sheets.
- Update inventory of InP substrate, base wafer, and chemicals.
- Engage in MO bubbler change, process gas cylinder change, and hardware replacement for pumps, MFCs, and PCs.
What you'll need
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field, or a High school diploma with relevant technical training and certification.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electronic, or semiconductor fabrication operations.
- Knowledge of cleanroom operations, safety protocols, and contamination control.
- Experience with wafer handling and high vacuum equipment maintenance.
- Strict implementation of cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and particle contamination control.
