About the role
This role involves managing an analog design team and leading integrated circuit development projects from specification through tape out and production release. You will specifically focus on Analog and Power design, including hands-on block level design and system-level solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage the analog design team for day-to-day work.
- Plan design resources for top-level schematic and layout, ensuring on-time tape out.
- Provide technical project leadership and guidance for integrated circuit development.
- Conduct block-level design from specification to clean database.
- Interface with layout, verification, test, product, and application engineers for product release.
- Run block-level and top-level mixed-mode simulations to meet datasheet parameters.
What you'll need
- 11-20 years professional industry experience in Analog design engineering.
- Experience in a management position.
- Design experience with ADCs (SAR/Sigma Delta), precision amplifiers, bandgap references, switching regulators, LDOs, DAC, and system level simulation.
- Design experience in CMOS/BICMOS.
- Written and verbal cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with small geometry BCD processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Mixed-Signal Cadence tools.
- Experience with parasitic-extraction.
