What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations and develop improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to boost efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality. - Implement project and improvement plans focused on efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvement programs, new product support, and process improvements. - Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time. - Identify systematic process or equipment issues and continuously communicate findings to the engineering staff. - Support manufacturing ramp activities through equipment and process startup, execution of process experiments (SWRs), data analysis, and problem resolution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. - 2 years of experience as a Metrology Process Engineer within the semiconductor industry.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment. - Experience building and optimizing measurement recipes.
