About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment in the ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS area.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS equipment.
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
- Work to improve overall equipment performance based on SPC and FDC controls.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Metrology/Defect areas.
- Specific knowledge of Maintenance job functions.
- Solid understanding of SPC and FDC.
- Ability to interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
