About the role
This intern role focuses on system-level testing, duplication, verification, and troubleshooting of customer RMAs for memory server systems. The work involves components such as DIMM modules, DDR, I2C/I3C Hub, and Temperature Sensors.
What you'll do
- Assist in system-level testing, duplication, verification, and troubleshooting of customer RMAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, duplicate, and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Utilize servers, client PCs, and lab equipment like Oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers for issue duplication and product verification.
- Document system test setup, results, and findings in detailed engineering reports.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of automated system test scripts.
What you'll need
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits, semiconductor devices, and computer architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and memory test applications software for system-level memory testing and validation.
- Familiarity with lab equipment and measurement techniques for silicon validation, including oscilloscopes, Power Supply, and Data Timing Generator.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or scripting languages for test automation and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python test automation equipment such as programmable power supplies and multimeters.
