About the role
This role involves leading the design and implementation of firmware across memory IPs for pre-silicon and post-silicon phases for AMD SoCs.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, debugging, verification, and/or validation of firmware, software, and/or hardware.
- Lead day-to-day firmware development activities.
- Provide consultation to internal and external customers regarding AMD features and programming requirements.
What you'll need
- Multiple years of related firmware experience.
- Strong experience with Memory PHY.
- Expert level experience producing quality firmware.
- Experience with C, C++, DDR, LPDDR.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
