About the role
This role involves building floating gate memory technology. As an intern, you will work on innovative circuits (analog, semi-custom, and mixed-signal design) for 3DNAND flash memory core.
What you'll do
- Architect, design, and physically implement memory core circuits.
- Design memory cell arrays, sense amplifiers, decoders, and word line/bit line drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve power, performance, area, and reliability through detailed transistor-level analysis.
What you'll need
- Graduate student pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- Good academic standing.
