About the role
This internship involves advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work focused on advanced mechatronics systems in the Metrology division. The main focus is to learn to work in a corporate environment and gain hands-on experience solving real problems, specifically developing custom control systems on high-precision wafer stages.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with design engineers on advanced metrology systems.
- Work independently on data collection, analysis, and project management.
- Perform hands-on work with hardware in the lab or cleanroom.
- Present technical analysis in verbal and written formats.
- Modify tuning algorithms.
- Use first principles in design work.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Experience in Machine Vision, Precision machine design, or Machine Learning.
- Experience in the validation of hardware systems.
