About the role
This role involves executing and managing engineering programs and projects within the Electrofill Engineering Operations team. You will contribute to highly impactful programs and projects related to Sabre 3D and Sabre products.
What you'll do
- Execute and manage engineering programs and projects.
- Release and rollout new products.
- Engage and influence product architecture development.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Address manufacturing and supplier issues.
- Perform Change Management activities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; or an advanced degree without previous professional experience; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Technical presentation skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, TC-PLM, and CQ.
- Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
- Ability to multitask across multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity and experience with the Sabre 3D and Sabre products and POA.
- Understanding of tool configurations and options, and their interdependencies.
- Flexibility to operate in several different areas of ownership.
- Self-driver.
- Knowledge of Product history.
- Knowledge of configuration dependencies.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Knowledge of Program Management methods.
- Experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
- Familiarity with engineering modeling software such as Creo or NX.
