About the role
This role participates in the design of new fab mechanical systems for the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do
- Participate in the design of new fab mechanical (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement) systems. - Design new fabs in compliance with local code and regulations. - Evaluate and implement innovative technologies. - Overcome challenges from new manufacturing processes to promote a sustainable environment. - Coordinate cross-departmental communication, coordination, and problem solving.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement). - More than 1 year of related design experience in mechanical systems. - Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD software. - Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Mechanical PE qualification. - Experience in the semiconductor industry or other related industry.
