About the role
This role is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities and managing supplier operations to prevent impacts to customer and Keysight operations.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities and supplier relationships, including MOQ management.
- Support end-to-end processes spanning demand and supply review, PO management and processing, rescheduling, and pull list management.
- Manage shortage closure, on-time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangements, and defective parts management.
- Support initiatives focused on revenue maximization, inventory reduction, and cost savings.
- Drive process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, add value, and aid business performance.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, university degree, or equivalent.
- Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Negotiation and analytical skills.
- Time management skills to handle multiple escalations and projects.
