About the role

This role involves coordinating material allocation, planning future periods, and managing the subassembly production schedule from start to finish.

What you'll do

Coordinate material allocation and plan for future periods with other planners.
Model team decisions in the Subassembly Production Schedule and manage the build process.
Incorporate ECN changes into work orders and rework orders to new revisions.
Communicate production plan changes and proactively initiate solutions to scheduling, materials, and manufacturing challenges.
Provide input on item master settings such as Lead-time, Period of supply, and Safety stock.
Generate and communicate key performance data relating to schedule commit dates, activity levels, and material status.

4+ years of related planning experience in a low volume, high value, custom configured capital equipment manufacturing environment.
BS/BS in Supply Chain Mgmt. or related field.
Strong aptitude for technical product configuration, dates, numbers, and attention to detail.
Strong tolerance of ever-changing schedules and frequent reprioritization.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, standard business practices, and production scheduling methodology.
