About the role
This role involves supporting business operations for scalable growth within the Memory Division.
What you'll do
- Generate and maintain product configurations based on customer requirements.
- Create and manage bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product releases.
- Develop sales quotations, quote revisions, and factory pricing analyses.
- Establish and maintain product cost structures, list pricing, and pricing records within Salesforce, Oracle, and Fusion systems.
- Manage forecasted production slots and coordinate order bookings, delivery schedules, and manufacturing capacity planning.
- Coordinate RMA activities including product returns, replacements, scheduling, and documentation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, supply chain planning, financial planning, business operations, or program management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-technology industries.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain operations, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Fusion, or similar enterprise platforms.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
