About the role
As a Manufacturing Technician in the Die Fab department's Separation area, you will perform the precise separation of production and prototype wafers. This team plays a critical role in manufacturing Integrated Circuits and SiPs.
What you'll do
- Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and SiP manufacturing.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production, quality, and operational objectives.
- Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of materials while adhering to safety and manufacturing requirements.
- Handle delicate and sensitive wafers, using skilled hand-eye coordination.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by adapting to evolving processes.
What you'll need
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, communicating with supervisors, engineers, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment and adhere to strict quality standards.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be a US Person: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
