About the role
This role provides support to Manufacturing and Test Engineering in an expanding RF/DC Test floor. You will operate in an ISO compliant, class 100 semiconductor fabrication cleanroom.
What you'll do
- Conduct DC and RF testing from DC to mmWave frequencies.
- Setup and calibrate S-parameters and power test stations.
- Perform limited test setup troubleshooting and assemble fixtures/wire harnesses.
- Report test progress to supervisor and internal customers.
- Work closely with manufacturing, process, and equipment engineering to meet production schedules.
- Review statistical test control charts for process quality and react to out of control conditions.
- Use standard software applications (MES, FPS, Spotfire, Camline, FDC, MS Office) to perform job tasks.
What you'll need
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in RF component testing.
- Proficient with test equipment including PXI systems, RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, noise figure analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters.
- Knowledgeable in RF testing including S-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, high power RF, TOI.
- Proficient in MES, FPS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based software.
