About the role
As a Manufacturing Technician in the Die Fab Visual and Sort area, you will operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring quality and meeting manufacturing needs.
What you'll do
- Utilize high-powered microscopes and product-specific inspection criteria to evaluate chip quality and identify defects.
- Operate sort equipment dedicated to semiconductor and SiP manufacturing.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet production, quality, and operational objectives.
- Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of materials while adhering to all safety and manufacturing requirements.
- Handle delicate and sensitive Integrated Circuits, using skilled hand-eye coordination.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by learning new skills, providing feedback, and adapting to evolving processes.
What you'll need
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, communicating with supervisors, engineers, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment and adhere to strict quality standards.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be a US Person: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
