About the role
This role involves performing routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
What you'll do
- Carry out routine RCM tasks to maintain equipment condition.
- Check and service ownership machines to meet MTBA performance measurements.
- Attend repair tickets promptly to ensure uptime.
- Coordinate with shift MEs for output-related tasks, troubleshooting, setup, or conversion.
- Isolate, segregate, and narrow down genuine and non-genuine vision and test rejects to control scrap.
- Comply with process OCAP, SOP, and buyoff checklists to ensure quality output.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronics Engineering.
- Several years of experience in a semiconductor testing environment.
- Knowledge of turret-based handler.
- Knowledge of multisite discrete and analog testing methodology.
- Knowledge of automatic vision inspection covering lead, Coplan, marking, and packages.
