About the role
This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output. The focus will be on equipment in a semiconductor testing environment, including turret-based handlers and automatic vision inspection systems.
What you'll do
- Carry out routine RCM tasks to maintain equipment condition.
- Check and service ownership machines to sustain MTBA performance.
- Attend repair tickets promptly to ensure equipment uptime.
- Coordinate with shift ME for troubleshooting, setup, or conversion to deliver on time.
- Isolate, segregate, and narrow down genuine and non-genuine vision and test rejects to control scrap.
- Comply with process OCAP, SOP, and buyoff checklists to ensure quality output.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Engineering discipline of Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronics.
- Several years of experience in a semiconductor testing environment.
- Knowledge in turret-based handler.
- Knowledge in multisite discrete and analog testing methodology.
- Knowledge of automatic vision inspection covering lead, Coplan, marking, and packages.
