About the role
This role involves carrying out routine RCM tasks, servicing ownership machines, and attending repair tickets to ensure equipment uptime in a semiconductor testing environment.
What you'll do
- Carry out routine RCM tasks to ensure equipment is in top condition.
- Check and service ownership machines to sustain and meet MTBA performance measurements.
- Attend repair tickets timely with adequate sense of urgency and skill.
- Coordinate with shift ME in output focus related tasks, perform troubleshooting, setup, or conversion.
- Isolate, segregate, and narrow down genuine and non-genuine vision and test rejects.
- Comply with process OCAP, SOP, and buyoff checklist to ensure quality output.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Engineering discipline of Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronics.
- Several years of experience in a semiconductor testing environment.
- Knowledge in turret-based handler.
- Knowledge in multisite discrete and analog testing methodology.
- Knowledge in automatic vision inspection covering lead, Coplan, marking, and packages.
