About the role
This role involves performing advanced manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
What you'll do
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, cleanroom procedures, and ESD guidelines.
- Perform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, hardware, and electrical components.
- Set up testers for electrical testing and conduct electronic casualty analysis of probe cards.
- Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to resolve test failures and perform basic troubleshooting down to component level.
- Perform data analysis and understand SPC processes for all processing steps.
- Record and enter test results accurately into designated systems.
What you'll need
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Experience with mechanical assembly
- Experience with electrical testing
- Ability to read and follow detailed mechanical work instructions and engineering documentation
- Knowledge of electronic theory and components
- Understanding of SPC processes
- Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing setting
