This role involves assembly, vacuum processing, and wet etch operations to accomplish the build and assembly of echucks and other coated products.
What you'll do
- Follow safety best practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
- Maintain a clean work environment following Entegris 6S activities.
- Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspection and production data in Camline.
- Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation.
- Operate vacuum and other processing equipment, including setting up and de-fixturing parts.
- Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work 3rd Shifts and overtime, including weekends.
- Ability to work around chemicals (IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL).
- Fluency in English for training purposes.
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for almost the entire shift.
- Ability to work in a clean room.
- Computer skills.
Nice to have
- Machine operation experience.
- Ability to train on 1st or 2nd shift for three months.
