About the role
The Manufacturing Technician 1 performs a variety of tasks in support of probe card manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection. - Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness. - Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization. - Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products. - Assist in training and coaching other technicians.
What you'll need
- Less than 1 year of related experience. - Ability to work in a clean-room manufacturing setting adhering to gowning and contamination-control procedures. - Ability to wear PPE and clean-room attire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves) for extended periods. - Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand frequently, perform repetitive hand motions, and handle small or delicate components. - Familiarity with equipment such as microscopes, specialty tools, or precision measurement equipment.
