About the role
This role provides Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for database systems and data loader processes. This role focuses on ensuring smooth data operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-users with database and data integration challenges in an automated manufacturing environment.
What you'll do

What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields.
- 6+ months of experience with scripting (SQL, Python, or PowerShell).
- 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies (Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMWare).
- 1+ years of experience with relational database technologies and database engineering or database administration support.
- 1+ years of experience with automated monitoring and alerting systems.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization.
- Experience with major database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL database administration).
- Understanding of database concepts (tables, indexes, views, or stored procedures).
- Knowledge of database backup and recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and ITIL/incident management processes.
