About the role
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of quality professionals and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives to ensure deep ultraviolet (DUV) systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the Q&E strategy and business plan for the department.
- Drive execution of the quality roadmap and integrate quality deliverables.
- Analyze KPI progress and suggest improvements to mitigate risks.
- Manage and report on team performance.
- Participate in audits, address customer concerns, and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Lead Quality Review Board, facilitate Quality meetings, and deploy Quality Programs.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, or Bachelor degree with deep/extensive experience.
- Proven performance in Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, Six Sigma Problem Solving, ISO Auditor, or SPC.
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in related areas of expertise.
- Experience with leading direct or indirect reports.
- Experience with leading and facilitating quality meetings.
