About the role
This role involves supervising a production team and managing manufacturing processes for semiconductor equipment.
What you'll do
- Supervise, lead, motivate, develop, and train production employees.
- Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
- Lead operational meetings to establish process consistency and align plans.
- Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor manufacturing processes to collect, analyze, and report key measurement data.
- Identify and implement process and quality changes to improve manufacturing capabilities, driving Lean, Safety, and Quality.
What you'll need
- Experience working on issues requiring analysis of relevant factors.
- Ability to receive assignments as objectives with goals and processes to meet them.
- Capability to provide direction to employees according to established policies.
- Judgment to determine appropriate action within defined procedures and policies.
- Ability to gain cooperation of others and conduct presentations of technical information.
- Understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards.
Nice to have
- Ability to work in a clean room environment, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
