About the role
This role involves transforming business processes and accelerating enterprise-wide technology adoption within the Office of Digital Transformation. This individual will help shape and execute the roadmap for modernizing Lam’s order fulfillment and execution capabilities.
What you'll do
- Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver solutions for Production Control and Production Planning processes in engineer-to-order and configure-to-order environments. - Lead solution design and implementation activities involving Variant Configuration models, Super BOMs, Super Routings/BOP, Production Versions, PP/DS, Order BOMs, Order Routings, Order Change Management, MCN management, and ECN management on BOMs across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. - Support current SAP ECC environments while defining and executing the roadmap for transition to SAP S/4HANA, including business cutover strategy, readiness planning, and deployment support. - Integrate SAP Production Planning with PLM, MES, Quality Management, and warehouse execution capabilities. - Collaborate with global planning, operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP-enabled solutions. - Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end scenario validation, defect triage, cutover preparation, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management. - 8+ years of experience leading or supporting end-to-end SAP Order Execution, Production Planning & Production Control, PP/DS and manufacturing transformation processes in engineer-to-order and configure-to-order environments. - Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, or major deployment programs involving SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on the SAP Production Planning module. - Experience with SAP Material Requirements Planning, Production Versions, PP/DS, Order Routings, Production Order lifecycle, and related manufacturing master data. - Experience integrating SAP Production Planning with Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Management. - Extended Warehouse Management for production supply and receiving processes. - Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in complex industrial equipment or semiconductor equipment.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience. - Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
