About the role
The Manufacturing Operator operates assembly and second operation machines, performing tasks such as greenforming, sintering, laser cutting, wet saw cutting, inspecting, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging membrane products.
What you'll do
- Verify product visually and ensure consistency with established specifications.
- Package all product per packaging specifications.
- Perform various operations on the product line in accordance with work orders and process record instructions.
- Finalize all required paperwork thoroughly and timely (e.g., Production Reports, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions).
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment and observing approved safety procedures.
- Follow a documented sequence for identifying, measuring, and processing raw metal powders to create targeted product forms.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
- Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 4 ft., and walk and stand during entire shift.
- Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend, reach upward, and handle all materials required in manufacturing.

- 1-year manufacturing experience.
