About the role
This entry-level role supports daily production activities within the probe card manufacturing environment. This position involves performing hands-on tasks to ensure high-quality products, smooth workflow, and continuous process optimization.
What you'll do
- Perform manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment readiness and reduce downtime.
- Collect, document, and interpret operating data to make real-time equipment adjustments.
- Work closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities.
What you'll need
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to perform frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, and handling small or delicate components.
- Ability to work primarily in a clean-room manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to gowning and contamination-control procedures.
- Ability to follow all required safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE and clean-room attire for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
