The Manufacturing Operator 1 supports daily production activities within the probe card manufacturing environment, performing hands-on tasks to ensure high-quality products and smooth workflow.
What you'll do
- Perform manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment readiness.
- Collect, document, and interpret operating data to make real-time equipment adjustments.
- Work closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities.
What you'll need
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Adherence to gowning and contamination-control procedures in a clean-room manufacturing setting.
- Manual Dexterity for handling small or delicate components.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Computer Literacy.
