About the role
This role is responsible for assembling Ultra High Purity Systems and subassemblies in a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies and systems using instructions, drawings, schematics, and process documentation.
- Work in a Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environment.
- Install tube fittings using VCR and compression fittings.
- Follow engineering and customer requirement specifications to produce quality products.
- Perform routine, repetitive assembly operations.
- Complete 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety).
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of mechanical assembly or relevant experience.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to navigate operating systems to find BOMs, drawings, and instructions.
- Ability to use a computer and perform basic data entry.
- Dependability and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
