About the role
This role involves driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and business line (BL) sectors. You will lead projects focused on improving efficiency and reducing costs within ASML Linkou Factory (LF) operations.
What you'll do
- Lead installation escalations, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, collaborating with Product Team sectors.
- Facilitate consensus between LF and BL teams on technical and business priorities.
- Represent Manufacturing to build relationships and ensure transparency with other sectors.
- Drive deliverables based on the PGP roadmap and secure resources for each stage.
- Lead short- and mid-term projects to deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvements.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Proven track record in cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
