About the role
This role drives continuous improvement in the Global Materials organization through equipment installation and modification design. You will own multiple projects and manage them.
What you'll do
- Manage capital expansion projects from budgeting to installation to production.
- Own continuous improvement projects aimed at improving yield, throughput, uptime, and safety.
- Run multiple projects concurrently with little supervision.
- Own toolsets and track and improve critical metrics for uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, networking, computer, coding, PLC, vacuum, and toxic gas issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably semiconductor.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- MS Office suite proficiency.
