About the role

This role involves leading and developing strategic partnership efforts within Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES).

What you'll do

• Lead a high-performing team focused on strategic, technology, value-added, and university partnerships.
• Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnership programs.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align partnership initiatives to strategic business objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in both technical and business environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a matrixed organization.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced business degree.
• Experience operating in roles that combine technical expertise with business leadership responsibilities.
